Michael Perkins

Michael PerkinsMike Perkins earned his MSW from the University of Missouri and his undergraduate degree in History and Government from Columbia College. He is a Vietnam Era veteran who served as an Army medic, and again as a Navy Corpsman with the United States Marine Corp. He has worked as the director of Alpha House (a housing program for low income people), therapist at Reality House, adolescent social worker at Charter Hospital, and Clinical Director at Missouri Girls Town.

His research interest is primarily in the appropriate use of technology in higher education. Personal interest include writing, reading, photography, and running.
